At Chasen & Associates, P.A., we recognize that Estate Planning can be an intensely personal experience. After all, by definition, we are dealing with matters of life and death, property and family, and the myriad of emotions, conscious and not, that surround all of these issues. For these reasons, we endeavor to make sure each of our clients is comfortable in discussing with us all of the issues relevant to creating the right estate plan for him or her. We then apply cutting edge planning tools so that the assets go to the client's intended beneficiaries instead of to the government in the form of estate and gift taxes.

We also feel strongly that planning involving charitable gifts can often be extremely useful in creating a plan that reflects a client's passions and principles, and also provides tremendous tax benefits.
